Role summary

We are seeking qualified rope access technicians for façade cleaning, inspection, installation, maintenance, sealant, waterproofing, glass-related, and technical works at height.

Preferred qualifications

• Valid IRATA Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 certification

• Valid medical fitness certification

• Practical rope access experience

• Good understanding of equipment inspection and work-at-height safety

• Ability to follow method statements, risk assessments, rescue plans, and supervisor instructions

• Experience in façade cleaning, glazing, sealant, cladding, painting, waterproofing, or technical maintenance is an advantage

• Ability to work responsibly as part of a supervised team

• UAE experience is preferred but not essential for every position

Additional expectations for Level 3 applicants

• Experience supervising rope access teams

• Strong knowledge of rescue planning and rescue operations

• Ability to conduct pre-use checks, toolbox talks, and site briefings

• Ability to coordinate with project and HSE personnel

• Strong reporting and team-management skills

Position type

Full-time, project-based, or subcontract opportunities depending on operational requirements

Role summary

The Project Coordinator will support planning, documentation, mobilization, client communication, workforce allocation, material coordination, and progress reporting for rope access and technical services projects.

Preferred qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, project management, or a related field

• Experience in construction, facilities management, façade works, maintenance, or technical services

• Ability to prepare and follow project schedules

• Experience coordinating manpower, materials, access, permits, and client requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Strong written and spoken English

• UAE driving licence is preferred

• Ability to work between the office and project sites

Role summary

The Safety Officer will support safe execution of rope access and work-at-height activities through inspections, documentation, briefings, compliance checks, and continuous site monitoring.

Preferred qualifications

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or recognised occupational health and safety qualification

• Experience in construction, maintenance, rope access, or work-at-height operations

• Knowledge of risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work systems, toolbox talks, incident reporting, and emergency planning

• Ability to inspect PPE and monitor safe working practices

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Rope access or rescue knowledge is an advantage

• UAE experience and driving licence are preferred

Role summary

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional to develop opportunities for rope access, façade maintenance, cleaning, inspection, repair, installation, and annual maintenance services.

Preferred qualifications

Experience selling technical services, facilities-management services, construction services, or maintenance contracts

Ability to identify and approach property managers, facility managers, consultants, contractors, developers, hotels, hospitals, malls, and industrial clients

Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills

Ability to conduct client visits and support site-survey coordination

Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions

Good knowledge of the UAE market

UAE driving licence is preferred

Existing industry relationships are an advantage
